How to Apply

Follow these simple steps to begin your academic journey at HHIL. Applications are open for HND, BSc and Top‑Up BSc.

Step 1 — Choose Your Programme

Explore our Schools & Programmes: Health & Biomedical Sciences, Business & Management Sciences, Computing & IT, Education.

Step 2 — Check Entry Requirements

HND — at least 2 A‑Level papers + 4 O‑Level subjects.
BSc — at least 2 A‑Level papers + 4 O‑Level subjects.
Top‑Up BSc — HND or recognized diploma in relevant field.
SRN / Assistant Lab — via Ministry of Public Health competitive exams.

Step 3 — Prepare Your Documents

Completed application form (online or at the office)
Certified copies of certificates (GCE A/L, O/L, or equivalent)
Birth certificate (photocopy)
2 passport‑size photographs
Application fee: 25,000 FCFA (new) / 20,000 FCFA (returning)

Step 4 — Submit Your Application

Submit online at www.hamanistudy.com or in‑person at our campus (Santa Sub‑Division, after the Baptist Church).

All fees are paid at Santa Central Credit Union (SACCUL) — Account #4442. Present receipt to Admissions for clearance.

Registration + First installment

Feb–Mar

Second installment (before mid‑semester assessments)

Jun–Jul

Final installment (before final exams)

All fees must be cleared by July to sit final exams and receive results.

FAQs

Can I apply before getting my A‑Level results?

Yes. You may apply with available transcripts while awaiting final results. Admission is confirmed upon verification.

Do I need to pay the full tuition at once?

No. HHIL allows installments. However, you must meet deadlines to sit assessments and exams.

Where do I pay fees?

All payments are made only at SACCUL (Acct #4442). Bring the receipt to the Admissions Office.

What if I miss a deadline?

Late fees may apply and you may not be allowed to sit assessments/exams until you clear dues.
